Conference Authors and Participants
All MTSR conference authors must register and pay a full registration fee for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings by Springer's CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) Book Series. Author registration fees must be received together with the final paper.
A full registration fee (for authors and participants) includes one printed book of the MTSR conference proceedings and a book of abstracts. It also includes full access to all scientific sessions such as special tracks, main sessions, workshop(s) and tutorial(s) as well as full access to meetings organized by MTSR; thus, a unique four days experience at the MTSR Conference!
It also includes: Welcome Reception, 6 Coffee Breaks, 3 Lunches, Conference Bag and Name Badge, a Programme and stationery materials as well as an information package. In addition, conference participants will have the opportunity to have a free tour at the exhibits of Museum of Byzantine Culture.

Registration for Greek and Balkan delegates who are not presenting a paper
This price applies to delegates who are only attending the MTSR Conference. Delegate registration includes full participation in the conference but exclused the conference proceedings from Springer CCIS.

Student registration (a limited number of places at a special price)
MTSR Conference offers a limited number of places to Students for the special price of 120 EUR. The registration fee includes full registration except the conference proceedings by Springer’s CCIS. The offer will close when the registration number of students will reach the available number of places. The additional cost of student registration fees will be covered by the MTSR Conference and Alexander TEI of Thessaloniki.
