Best student paper award
The 7th MTSR’13 conference sponsors a paper competition to recognize excellence in a conference paper contribution whose primary author is a student (normally at a PhD or MRes level). The student is required to present the paper at the MTSR2013 conference. Submissions are evaluated on their originality, scientific merits, structure, and clarity of composition.
Each Track and the General Track will nominate the best selected submissions. The award will be decided between the best selected submissions by an independent Award Committee (AC). The programme committee members are eligible to enter the completion as far as a Student is the primary author of the paper, but can’t participate in any stage of the award (selection process, award committee). The AC may decide not to give and/or split the award.
The prize shall consist of book tokens and a certificate. The best paper will be published to the Conference Proceedings by Springer and author(s) will be asked to submit an extended version of the article in order, after successful peer review process, to be published in one of the selected international journals.
